Pope International | Integrated Development Solutions is seeking Human Resources (HR) Advisors in support of USAID missions worldwide. The Advisors are responsible for managing a variety of personnel functions related to Cooperating Country National (CCN)/Personal Services Contractor (PSC), U.S. Personal Service Contractor (USPSC) and U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) employment with USAID. The incumbents serve as the principal advisor to the Executive Officer (EXO) and Mission management on all human resource policy matters. The incumbents manage the position classification and recruitment of all CCNPSC and USPSC positions; transfer of incoming and outgoing USDH and USPSC personnel; check-in/departure procedures; preparation and budgeting of contracts and personnel actions; workforce planning; and performance management. The HR Advisors will be asked to mentor new HR staff. The HR Advisors report to the EXO or his/her designee.
